KidZania, USA is Hiring a Sales team member Near Frisco, TX
KidZania is looking for you to join our team! We're looking to fill all shifts, both weekdays and weekends! Want to work in a fun filled environment with a team that’s focused on excitement, education and entertainment?
Come join the KidZania team! We have 2 different types of Point of Sales teams. As an Entry and Exit Team Member, you are the first face our guests see before coming into the park, ambassador for our membership programs, and the last person to assist them out of the park after they've had an exciting experience at KidZania.
This team helps with greeting visitors, money handling while working with them on their transactions, ensure that the guests have a solid understanding of what the experience is about.
As a Retail Team Member you work inside one of the retail shops we have inside the park. Those shops include a 7-11, our Candy shop, our PaZZport Rewards program center, and our merchandise shop.
We also keep our "city" clean by keeping our areas well maintained. There may be other tasks and projects that can be assigned based on operational needs.
Our Team Members : Provide excellent guest service experience Create a fun and exciting atmosphere Exhibit positive attitude, patience, and care Must be friendly, punctual, and reliable Can communicate effectively Have a strong focus on customer service Schedules / Job Types : Full-time, Part-time Day shift (Primarily Weekends during school year, or Weekdays during school Holidays) Morning shift (Primarily Weekdays During Field Trips during school year) Monday to Friday Weekend availability Weekends only Pay Details - Starting Base Pay is based on prior experience, with the ability to earn raises as you excel with KidZania.
