General Labor Job Description
We would like to hire General Laborers to join our team. You will need to perform physical tasks such as cleaning, removing debris, loading and unloading materials, assembling and disassembling temporary structures, digging trenches. To perform in this role you need to be reliable, pay attention to details, self starter and dedicated team player.
Responsibilities
Assisting in the building of various things
Sweeping, shoveling, digging
Loading and unloading material
Qualifications & Experience
No minimal educational requirement, training can help laborers advance in the field
Experience working in construction preferred but not required
Strong work ethic, team player and reliable
May be subject to additional screenings, such as background checks and/or drug tests depending on the job site.
May be required to work at elevated heights
Must be able to lift up to 70lbs
Must be able to stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods
