Pool Attendant

The chief job function of a Pool Professionals Attendant is to provide top of the line customer service while ensuring all facility rules and regulations are followed. Pool Attendants safeguard the swimming pool patrons and work as part of a larger safety team composed of other attendants, pool managers, supervisors, health inspectors and HOA’s to prevent these accidents and injuries. In order to maintain the safety of the facility the Attendant must do the following:

Attendants are responsible for:

• Welcoming guests and ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Supervising swimming activities and ensuring safety procedures are followed
• Implementing safety protocols set out for the HOA's Pool Guidelines.
• Monitoring the activity of guests and ensuring their safety.
• Reporting any damages or incidences to the supervisor.
• Setting up umbrellas, loungers, and other pool furniture.
• Ensuring that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe.
• Administering first aid in the event of injury, and administering CPR if necessary.
• Cleaning the pool and related facilities and equipment.
• Assisting with chemical checks.

Requirements:

• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification (We can provide training after being hired)
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to move and lift heavy furniture and equipment.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of pool equipment and safety measures.
• Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and after hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
