Kirkendall Dwyer is a national Social Security Disability law firm with headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Our practice is growing, and we are seeking a licensed Attorney to join the Disability Hearing Division. No prior disability experience is required. We will provide this person with the tools and training required to represent our clients most effectively.

The primary responsibility will include providing legal advice to clients and to prepare for and present claims before an Administrative Law Judge. Other duties could include preparing pre-hearing and post-hearing briefs as well as reviewing files in the claim development stages.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
