We are collecting applications from motivated and success driven candidates for a Sales Representative position in Moses Lake, WA.

Base pay Pay For Performance (bonuses) paid monthly and quarterly!

Minimum Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- At least 21 years of age or older.

- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

- Solid selling and negotiation skills

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build trust and establish strong customer relationships.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and the ability to learn and utilize sales software/technology.

- Ability to interpret invoices and perform simple math functions.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed (nights, weekends, holidays)

- Prior beverage sales or merchandising experience preferred, with knowledge of local market.

Job Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned customer accounts on a regular basis to deliver quality customer service while meeting customer contact frequency requirements.

- Prioritize and execute all sales and distribution goals/objectives.

- Determine customer growth plans to optimize sales progression year over year.

- Responsible for maintaining product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and ensuring product rotation.

- Participate in product launch events (tastings/samplings as needed).

- Attend all Sales team meetings to discuss team efforts and opportunities.

- Obtain and maintain internal Sales certifications.

- Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

· Lift/carry objects up to 30lbs frequently.

· Push/pull materials up to 180lbs seldomly.

· Job functions require frequent sitting, walking, standing, and driving.

· Wrist and hand movements required for making frequent phone calls, sending text messages, keyboarding, and use of other sales equipment.

· Ability to continuously exchange information through listening and talking.
