Kenney Shelton Liptak Nowak LLP, a state-wide insurance defense and coverage litigation law firm headquartered in Buffalo, New York, has an immediate opening for a defense litigation attorney to join our New York City office. If you are looking for a flexible and team-oriented work environment to further develop your skills or take your defense practice to the next level, then this position may be for you. Ideally, the qualified candidate will have 2 plus years of defense litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and discovery, as well as conducting depositions, mediation and arbitration. Trial experience is a plus but not mandatory. Must be licensed in New York.

The position offers a hybrid WFH and/or in-office schedule. Salary commensurate with experience within the $80,000-120,000 range, with a full benefits package (health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401K plan, flexible spending and more) offered.
