The Accounting Administrator provides general accounting services for daily company operations and executes all accounting tasks not performed by the Corporate office.
A successful Accounting Administrator excels in math and demonstrates excellent communication, time-management, typing, and English grammar and spelling skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work well with others are essential.
Department / Supervisor
The Accounting Administrator works in the Administration department and reports to the Office Manager.
Responsibilities
· Process all invoices and statements, including requesting checks and reconciling (weekly on Mondays).
· Pick up all vendor and payroll checks from corporate (weekly on Fridays).
· Maintain vendor files, including requesting and filing current COIs and W9s.
· File all client contracts.
· Process and record all payments (via wire transfer, credit card, or check) and cash bar deposits.
· Distribute the weekly EventMaster calendar.
· Research vendor statements and respond to all vendor inquiries.
· Monitor and respond to all accounting emails.
· Order all office supplies.
· Process monthly check request for Gift Shop. [Bonita position?]
· Process all employee expense reports.
· Perform monthly billing for all FIT contracts.
· Send out all Survey Monkey emails.
· Enter all events into Kronos.
· Maintain copies of all certificates relating to liquor taxes, use taxes, capital expense and balance sheet accounts.

Qualifications
· Accounting or bookkeeping experience required, 3 years preferred
· Demonstrated math ability
· Strong English grammar and verbal communication skills
· General computer skills including Microsoft Office
· Proven organizational skills
