JOB TITLE: Financial Software Application Analyst
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
DEPARTMENT: Support
REPORTS TO: Team Leader
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No
JOB LOCATION: Piney Flats, TN
TRAVEL: 5%
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create technical specifications for new projects, gathering data from sources as needed
Analyze financial information
Compile, analyze and balance reports
General Ledger functions
Monitor and review accounting and related systems reports for accuracy and completeness
Work closely with customers and fellow team members as needed
Resolve accounting discrepancies
Other duties as assigned
Additional Functions:
Support other Teams and Department as needed.
Function as the Tax and Collections Subject Matter Expert.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
Degree in Accounting (preferred).
Acquired knowledge/education/experience/expertise of software and basic accounting skills.
