Kanner & Pintaluga, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated Property Damage/Bad Faith Litigation/Construction Defect Attorney to launch our Denver, CO office.

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Firm is looking to expand its First Party Property/Bad Faith Practice to Colorado. We are looking for an attorney with experience in First Party Property/Bad Faith and/or Construction Defect law to help open this new office. This position will manage all aspects of a case. As the practice develops, there will be a potential opportunity for this role to evolve into a leadership role.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS: 

• Full-time; remote with possible 12-18 month transition to in-office
• Current resident of the Denver area or surrounding counties
• 3 years of litigation experience - First Party Property Damage/Bad Faith/Construction Defect experience is required
• Member of the Colorado Bar and in good standing 
• Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc. 
• Superb negotiation skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving 
• Self starter
• Team-oriented
