Business Automation Manager

Investors Title is seeking a Business Automation Manager to manage our automated title production systems in both North Carolina and National Markets. This individual will lead efforts to innovate, implement and improve technology, automation, and processes, increasing profitable market share through automation efforts.
Position Highlights:

• Improve and implement automation technologies through data collection and definition, data
• submission, and workflow.
• Optimize the collection of electronic data from a variety of software portals, both proprietary and external.
• Manage market-wide quality review program to verify compliance with underwriting guidelines and company policies.
• Identify automation performance issues and analyze workflow for opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflow processes, configurations, and any changes made to ensure consistency and facilitate future enhancements.
• Provide training to users on how to use the automated workflow system effectively.
• Oversee roll-out and adoption of enhancements and corresponding procedures.
• Support client usage of the company’s preferred tools via training the marketing team.

Position Qualifications:

• 4 year degree or equivalent training and experience
• Documented history of successful recognition of process improvement opportunities and
• implementation
• Ability to proactively identify problems, mediate and resolve issues quickly
• Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional areas; experience with BOTs/RPAs preferred
• Ability to travel within assigned territory
