Imani Behavioral Health is Hiring a Mental Health Professional Near Nashville, TN

We are looking to hire experienced pre-licensed or licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPC) or relative fields (LMSW/LCSW) to join our multidisciplinary practice at either our Clarksville or Nashville locations. Our offices are open Monday-Sunday to include morning and evening hours.

Our Nashville office is located at 406 Royal Parkway Nashville, TN 37214. Our Clarksville office is located at 93 Beaumont St. Clarksville, TN 37040. We work with individuals, families, couples, and groups who experience issues such as stress and anxiety; mood disorders; personality disorders; coupes/family counseling, substance abuse issues, and other addictive behaviors and EAP services to name a few. Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or related field from a CACREP Accredited Program and progressing towards licensure in the state of Tennessee (LPC-MHSP, TLPC,LSMW)
  • Knowledge and clinical experience with children, teens, and/or adults with mental health issues (trauma, anxiety, transitional issues, parenting, depression, etc.)
  • Able to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendation for treatment planning and implementation
  • Experience in counseling or mental health services
  • Able to work independently and as a positive member of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable treating both routine mental health and substance use illnesses
  • Must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Knowledge of Ethics and Professional standards, HIPAA, confidentiality and privacy practices
