Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Breakfast Attendant to join our team at our hotel. The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable breakfast experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.

Duties:
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, including arranging tables, chairs, and food displays
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, and hot items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout the shift
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed
- Clear tables and clean up spills promptly
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Handle cash transactions for any breakfast charges
- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and cleaning the breakfast area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic knife skills for cutting fruits or pastries is desirable
- Culinary or hospitality background is a plus
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work early morning shifts including weekends and holidays
