Huntington Learning Center Northgate is Hiring a Managing Director Near Dayton, OH
Essential Functions:
- Oversee and coordinate all center activities, staff, and services.
- Ensure that all center policies, procedures, and regulations are followed.
- Provide administrative support for the Center.
- Hiring and interviewing of staff.
- Coordinate with other centers to ensure that all services are running efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and students.
- Ensure that all equipment is in working order.
- Administer and correct Academic Evaluations.
- Conduct initial inquiries.
- Conduct Interim Conferences for students and parents.
- Prepare for, conduct, and follow up after, professional event focused/student focused school visits.
- Supervise instruction; insure effectiveness, accuracy, thoroughness, and competency of all instruction.
- Plan, participate and conduct monthly teacher meetings.
- Monitor, program, and reprogram student instructional programs.
- Review each student's instructional program at least once per month.
- Manage all aspects of Exam Prep Services, including supervision of program prescription, initial program, program revision, instruction, and student progress.
- Create and maintain student and teacher schedules. Anticipate teacher needs. Monitor teacher payroll cost by optimizing student-teacher ratios.
- Manage social media marketing and conduct school marketing.
- Must have a valid driver's license

- Must have a 2-4 year degree
