The Job

• As a Spur Lead Bartender you will be responsible for food and beverages service to our guests in an expedient, professional, friendly and courteous manner in accordance with all federal, state and local liquor laws and health and sanitation regulations.
• In conjunction with F&B Management you will be responsible for inventory control, including month end counts, price setting, receiving liquor & related supplies, organizing staff training session with vendors, as well as updating cocktail and liquor menus. You will assist in supervising staff and make sure that opening and closing duties are completed.
