Description
Performs proper telephone support for the facility
Reports to : Director - Plant Operations / Communications
Answers and transfers calls to the appropriate department Acts as an answering service for physicians after office hours Maintains constant attention and surveillance to physical plant alarms and monitors such as fire alarm monitoring system, medical gas alarm panel, boiler monitor, emergency generator alarms, and fire pump condition status alerting appropriate personnel of any issues identified
Qualifications
Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent - Required Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Minimum Work Experience
Customer service experience - Required
