InstroTek Inc, is currently seeking a full-time Gauge Production Specialist for our RTP, NC location. InstroTek is the leader in products and technology innovation for the construction material testing industry. Essential Functions

• Assembly of equipment
• Service and repair of InstroTek and other laboratory testing equipment
• Interact with customers regarding repair and field equipment
• Collaborate with other InstroTek departments including Production, Engineering, and Sales
• Provide phone support to customers
• Provide calibration documentation for the customers’ compliance requirements
• Perform Full 3 and 5 Block Nuclear Gauge Calibrations
• Follow ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 guidelines
• Use custom software (CalPlus Pro) in the calibration process
• Provide overall support of the gauge service team
• Keep a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities as required

Requirements

Minimum Experience/Education

• Provide outstanding customer service, including the ability to remain professional and respectful under pressure when dealing with difficult situations, to team and customers
• Excellence in completing all tasks and performance goals.
• Requires standard troubleshooting skills
• High school diploma 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Candidate must be able to lift 35 lbs. continuously and 50 lbs. occasionally.
