HGS Digital is Hiring a Senior Sales Engineer Near Austin, TX

Job Description
As a sales engineer, you have a strong technical understanding of our products and our customers' businesses gleaned from deep market knowledge. Utilizing these skills, you convey how our product features help customers solve their market problems.
You are detailed oriented individual, keen on solving complex problems, and combine technical knowledge with exceptional presentation skills to provide both internal and external advice. You support our customers through the sales cycle, assisting with pre-sales activities and presentations.
Location : Austin (hybrid work).
Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, sales.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to facilitate solution during the pre-sale's activities.
  • Assist with RFP/RFI responses and vendor assessments for new and existing clients.
  • Perform client and prospect demonstrations (both virtual and in-person).
  • Share sales and product insights and feedback with Product owner to facilitates new capabilities.
  • Proactively guide customers through their product options and prescribe solutions based on their needs.
  • Identify any custom business and/or technical requirements and coordinate as necessary internal experts to provide solution.
  • Co-ordinate internally to get appropriate pricing associated with the proposed solution package.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a sales engineer or solutions engineer.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to make effective customer presentations.
  • Strong leadership skills to own and lead pre-sales process.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple accounts/opportunities.
  • Experience creating detailed proposal and implementation plans.
  • Experience preparing RFP and RFI responses.
  • Bachelor's degree. Preferably master's degree
  • Willingness to travel 25% or more
  • Strong preference is to have experience working in the contact center space , CCaaS, UCaaS Solution, pre-sales
