Job Description:

As a Concierge Medicine Liaison, you will be the first point of contact for our exclusive clientele, playing a vital role in delivering a seamless and highly personalized healthcare experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting patients and their guests in a warm and professional manner.

• Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate patient records.

• Managing communications between patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.

• Coordinating and organizing medical tests, referrals, and prescription requests.

• Providing administrative support to physicians and medical staff as needed.

• Ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment in the concierge medicine practice.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Proven experience in a similar role within a medical, healthcare or business setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office.

• A commitment to maintaining the highest levels of patient confidentiality.
