Seeking a reliable, experienced Assistant Manager/leasing consultant who is focused on customer service to join our team. In this position, you will coordinate the leasing, and tenant management of the property. You must manage property deposits and operations in a smooth and efficient manner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter with strong communication and marketing skills. This position is full time, hourly plus excellent commission structure and room for growth. This position is seeking an outgoing, ambitious individual with sales, service, or leasing experience.
**The role will work at our Covington by the Lake property.**
Summary: This position directly reports to the Property Manager and assists the property manager with the marketing, leasing and tenant management for the property, while achieving occupancy of 95% .
