We are searching for an Investment Operations & Reporting Specialist to join our Operations team. The position is an internal support role focusing on client reporting and analytics by leveraging our Salesforce and Portfolio Management systems. The position requires an individual who is focused on excellent client service, with an interest in leveraging and implementing new technologies. Prior Salesforce and data management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain accurate client records leveraging Salesforce CRM system
  • Responsible for all client reporting including monthly and quarterly statements, annual form CRS and ADV and ad hoc client requests
  • Review and reconcile client transactions and holdings versus their custodians
  • Develop and maintain internal operational metrics and management dashboards
  • Respond to client requests and lead special projects
  • Assist other departments and teams as necessary

Qualifications/Requirements of an Operations & Client Services Specialist:

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in Wealth Management Operations, preferably with a Registered Investment Advisor
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Salesforce or Project Management experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently within a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
