Pay Status: Full Time - 3rd Shift.

Location: Nashua

Work Schedule: Shifts and Pay Rates:

1st Shift: $17 per hour – 7:00am – 3:00 pm

2nd Shift: $18 per hour - 3:00pm – 11:00 pm

3rd Shift: $19 per hour - 11:00pm – 7:00 am

Sign-on Bonus = $2,500.00 - Plus a comprehensive Benefits package!

About Keystone Hall:

Keystone Hall is a program of Harbor Care in Nashua, NH. The Agency provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient substance abuse treatment to adults, youth, and families in New Hampshire.

Keystone Hall's Mission:

To provide comprehensive substance use treatment and recovery services to individuals and families in a supportive environment while providing a strategic framework for substance use prevention in New Hampshire.

Job Summary:

Keystone Hall, a program of Harbor Care is seeking a Recovery Support Staff to provide guidance, assistance and supportive services to individuals and families who are experiencing co-occurring (mental health and substance use disorders) issues. We are currently hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem Shifts.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or two years of college
• Ability to seek training for the Certified Recovery Work and become licensed in 1 year.
• Required Minimum of 1-year experience in a related field such as Mental Health or Substance Use Disorders.
• Computer skills required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass Medicine Administration Training.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of major mental illnesses and appropriate treatment interventions
• Residential housing experience. Knowledge, understanding and application of appropriate treatment interventions and ethical standards. Knowledge of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
• Candidate should possess sound judgment and excellent boundary skills

Knowledge/Abilities/Requirements

• Ability to interface well with others
• Physical requirements include ability to extend hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction; pick, pinch, type or otherwise work primarily with fingers. Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word
• Ability to perform repetitive or routine duties working from detailed instructions and under standard procedures. Requires making decisions. Ability to work with frequent interruptions and respond appropriately to unexpected situations. Ability to assist consumers in accessing community services (transporting to other agencies, etc.)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer or observe the passing of medications.
• Ensure safety and well-fare of all residents and clients. Follow appropriate procedures for emergency response. Notify on-call manager immediately of any urgent/emergent issues or incidents
• Treats all residents and colleagues in a positive and professional manner
• Primary functions include activities in which incumbent must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to clients, and coworkers. Assist with in-office paperwork, data entry and/or copying
• Assist with consumer file maintenance. Assist with compiling data for and/or assist with writing grants for the program Inventory. Attend staff meetings and/or trainings as required
• Complete any other special projects assigned by Program Manager (or designee)
• Other duties may be assigned.
