HOME EACH NIGHT

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Monitor and enforce quality control standards
- Review construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being done according to specifications
- Communicate with clients, inspectors, and engineers to address any issues or concerns
- Provide progress reports to stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of reading civil construction plans
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Previous experience with pile driving, concrete forming, steel or bean erection, drilled shaft foundations, bridge deck forming and concrete placement
