Pay and Benefits
- Full time.
- Seasonal Position.
- 40 hours per week.
- Pay range: $20 to $27 dollars per hour.
- Commission available.
- Compensation commensurate with results.

Job Duties
· Apply fertilizers and pest, disease and weed controls to turf according to schedule and label instructions.
· Communicate with customers about their lawns and provide recommendations as needed.
· Work with office staff to maintain schedule and supplies.
· Load and prepare truck with product each day.
· Record time, temperature, wind speed using either mobile app or paper.
Requirements
· Valid U.S. driver’s license.
· Valid Nebraska applicators license.
· Minimum 2 years of chemical/fertilizer applicator experience.
· Extensive installation knowledge of lawns, lawn related diseases and overall lawn care practices.
· Extensive knowledge in customer service.
· Work Monday through Friday starting at 7AM and ending no later than 5PM.
· Ability to bend, stoop and kneel throughout the day.
· Ability to operate a pickup truck, push and gas-powered spreader, backpack and gas powered sprayer and gas powered leaf blower.
· Access to reliable transportation.
· No DUI or other convictions within the last 5 years.
