- Work with the Area Manager on integrating all major operating functions within the community (leasing and maintenance).
- Conduct and participate in weekly L10 Meetings to review all scorecard data to ensure successful operations.
- Own all aspects of new leasing and renewals; this includes marketing, communication with future and current residents, promotional events, social media postings, etc.
- Review monthly financial statements with the Area Manager to identify areas of opportunities and weaknesses.
