```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of lawns and landscapes for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and mechanical skills.

```Duties```
- Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Prune trees and shrubs to promote growth and maintain desired shape
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Operate and maintain various power tools and equipment
- Build and repair fences, decks, and other outdoor structures
- Assist with landscaping projects such as planting flowers or installing mulch
- Ensure proper maintenance of hand tools and equipment

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, including mowing patterns.
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain power tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
