GP GENERATE is Hiring a Campaign Analyst Near Los Angeles, CA

We invite you to join our dynamic team through our hybrid Campaign Analyst position! This hybrid role is located in our Mar Vista, where you will bring a thorough and critical eye to our current media campaigns. Ideal candidates must have at least two years of agency/publisher/network experience in digital media planning environments. We are particularly looking for candidates who are creative, strategic, entrepreneurial, and have a strong passion to help build a rapidly growing agency. 
Your role is a part of the analytics team, assisting in the collection and analysis of campaign data and building best practices. This role also functions within various internal teams and is part of a smart, hardworking, fun group of professionals that understand the importance of work/life balance. 

Responsibilities:
  • Support internal Planning, Programmatic, Search, Social, & Campaign Management teams.
  • Lead campaign monitoring, ensuring client media initiatives are running smoothly.
  • Identify issues with campaign delivery, performance, and implementation.
  • Using daily campaign data, provide optimization recommendations.
  • Generate manual reports as well as create and maintain automated reports.
  • Produce data visualizations using Looker Studio and Tableau.
  • Have familiarity and, eventually, a mastery of online vendor reporting platforms (e.g., GA4, Google Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk, Teads, Adelphic, Meta Ads, DoubleVerify).
  • Manage projects and their accompanying tasks using ClickUp (project management tool).
  • Keep track of each campaign’s KPI to answer the question: ‘How is the campaign doing?’
  • Stay up to date with the analytics industry and contribute findings to agency education.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies and discuss campaign synergies.
  • Contribute to agency culture and activities.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, autonomous and reliable.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving inclination.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker/Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with ad servers (e.g., Google CM360, Sizmek) and/or website analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics).
  • Familiarity with advanced spreadsheet functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
  • Understanding of digital media concepts and metrics (e.g., post-view vs. post-click conversions, CTR, CPA, Cost per Completed View, Invalid Traffic Rate, Bounce Rate, etc.).
  • Ability to write/edit SQL queries (AppScript, Python, or other coding experience a plus).
  • Understanding of statistics concepts (e.g., regression, standard deviation) a plus.
  • Team player and eager to work in a fun, collaborative environment.
