Overview of Position

We're seeking a Deployment Manager to play a crucial role in supporting project management and field services teams for each project's success. The Deployment Manager will be instrumental in realizing the project's vision, taking charge of the scope of work, and ensuring success by offering remote support for on-site setups, troubleshooting, and implementation guidance.

What you’ll own

• Review the Statement of Work (SOW) prepared by the engineering team and discuss it with assigned Field Ops team members.
• Owns the success of the scope of work and ensures it’s carried out swiftly, accurately, and successfully.
• Design, Plan, and execute an action plan for solution implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and project budget & timeline success.
• Collaborate with other Solution Deployment Managers on multiple solution implementations 
• Create daily project milestones based on SOW for daily project deliverables and proactive status updates to the Project Manager.
• Verification on FUSE workspace for Project creation and ready for deployment phase.
• Partner with Field Ops team members to update FUSE deliverables throughout the project. 
• Daily check-in with the field ops team for any needs/challenges/direction.
• Provide remote support for on-site technicians from start to completion.
• Daily updates to the Project Manager on the status or possible needs for change orders.
• Update project notes in CRM as well as project deployment stages.
• First line of defense for any technical escalation/needs.
• Provide feedback to Engineering teams on engineered solutions and any areas of opportunity or refinement.
• Performs quality audit on installation to ensure 100% compliance with Groove and industry standards.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Experience and skills you’ll have

• The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful technology problem-solving abilities are a necessity for this role.
• Experience with Smart Building Technology is essential, including familiarity with:
  • Smart Building systems such as Parcel Lockers, EV Charging, Leak Detection systems, and PMS integration.
  • Energy Management solutions including Smart Thermostats & Smart Lighting.
• Understanding and/or experience with low-voltage cabling is considered a plus.
