As a utility pole restoration crew member, you'll learn and work in providing a wide variety of reinforcement and restoration solutions including steel reinforcement and composite restoration.
We provide Paid On-The-Job Training, Hotel Accommodations, Per-Diem, Performance incentives, transportation from starting point to a remote location, and much more. PPE provided, including Hardhat, Safety Vest, Safety glasses, work gloves, etc. You will be required to provide acceptable workwear and boots with a hard toe.
**Entry-level position** No experience necessary. Starting pay rate is $18-$20 Based on Experience Production incentives. Hotel Accommodations and Per-Diem for traveling crews. Transportation from starting point to a remote location. This is an Outdoor Position. PPE provided, including Hardhat, Safety Vest, Safety glasses, work gloves, etc. Hard-toe work boots are required.

Due to the inherently dangerous nature of the industry and requirements to work with or around hazardous equipment, employees must have sufficient eyesight to judge distance/coordination of equipment and tools, be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods, be able to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather while completing work assignments, be able to wear personal protective equipment as necessary, be able to enter and exit a vehicle numerous times a day, have the endurance necessary to traverse various terrain, be capable of performing job duties throughout a standard 8- or 10-hour day, be able to communicate with others, read, write, and comprehend written/verbal job instructions and information, and communicate and handle conflict professionally.
