Duties:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Express department
- Provide guidance and support to express service technicians
- Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
- Perform quality control checks on completed work
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Experience:

- Previous experience in tire service, shocks struts, transmission, alignment, auto body repair, brake repair, air brake, cash handling, and suspension is required
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in computer software applications related to service management
