As a dog groomer, you'll provide top-notch grooming services, responding to customer requests while handling animals with care and professionalism. Our focus is on creating a positive, friendly environment while catering to the needs of our clients and their furry companions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, blow drying, hair trimming, and nail clipping.

- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with pet parents, sharing product knowledge, and offering enhancements to meet their specific needs.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring department cleanliness and safety through regular cleaning and sanitization.

- Interact with clients professionally and communicate clearly both in-person and through other channels such as email, text, and phone.

- Adhere to grooming standards and demonstrate knowledge of breed-specific grooming styles.

Requirements:

- Groomer's certificate or a minimum of 2 years of grooming experience.

- Proficiency in grooming all breeds and knowledge of breed-specific grooming styles.

- Must have own grooming tools and equipment in good working order.

- Willingness to complete Fear Free certification.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Physical Demands:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.

- Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

- Comfortable working with a variety of animals including small and large dogs.
