Licensed Massage Therapist

OVERVIEW AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Fit Spa is currently looking for a part-time massage therapist for Fridays and Saturdays (option to increase hours to satisfy client demand).

Fit Spa is a health and wellness full-service spa located in Nichols Hills looking for talented and caring Licensed Massage Therapists. This position works closely with our Chiropractor, occasionally combining massage and chiropractic services to deliver the most effective therapeutic care for those particular patients in need.

We desire a polished, mature professional who has a heart for people, enjoys working as a team with other like-minded professionals, who craves a peaceful yet energetic work environment and is committed to holding themselves to a high standard.Must be willing to work Fridays/Saturdays!!

A previous client-base is not required. Fit Spa works closely with athletes in addition to consistently building exciting partnerships throughout Oklahoma City and therefore we require an individual looking to help grow our business, willing to be a professional brand ambassador through delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

*Pay is at a range and is dependent on experience. Pay is for no-show/late cancel and completed services only.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must understand and be able to effectively communicate the value of massage therapy for mind and body
• Must be able to provide each client with an individual evaluation and treatment program
• Must strive to embrace a healthy lifestyle and be able to encourage the same for our clients, where appropriate
• Must be familiar with Fit Spa’s other services and packages and promote them to clients, where appropriate
• Must have reliable transportation
• Licensed is strongly preferred and must be Insured
• Must follow strict client confidentiality protocols
• Must be willing to work Saturdays
• Experience working in a spa or therapy center environment is preferred

TRAINING and EDUCATION

• Current and valid Oklahoma State License for Massage Therapy, preferred
• Massage Therapy School Certificate of Completion
• 2 years’ experience as a professional massage therapist, preferred
• 500 hours of massage experience
