Gold Choice is Hiring a Community Relations Manager Near Deltona, FL

MUST pass a level 2 background and drug screening.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is core trained.

We are looking for a responsible Community Relations Manager to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for our Assisted Living Facility. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative duties. Responsibilities include making meeting arrangements, preparing reports, assisting in the new hire process and maintaining appropriate filing systems. This position provides support to our Director of Community Relations and the Administrator. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience along with a familiarity within our industry, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Tours potential residents
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Assists in the move in process.
  • Manage and schedule front desk receptionists
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Collect monies from families and guardians due for monthly rent
  • Track move in/move outs and any resident who is out due to injury/illness
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Provide support to Administrator and staff.
  • Onboarding new staff members
  • Invoicing

Skills

  • Sales experience a plus
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; preferred
