Cryogenics Service Technician

Position Description:

The Cryogenic Service Technician should have experience working with systems and processes. The ideal candidate enjoys all things mechanical, has a strong desire to figure things out, and enjoys ensuring systems are installed correctly and equipment is functioning properly.

PositionResponsibilities:

• Interact with customers daily
• Skillfully install environmental monitoring systems
• Methodically calibrate and service environmental monitoring systems
• Accurately conduct Beverage C02 tank and peripheral equipment installs
• Strategically conduct preventive maintenance and inspections at customer locations
• Effectively and efficiently execute service requests
• Maintain accurate documentation using mobile Cryo Team App communication methods
• Uphold and improve ongoing CNO culture
• Actively participate in weekly L10 Meeting
• Participate in weekly Score Card reporting.
• Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player
• Safely travel to customer locations
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Gasphase /liquidphasedelivery andstorage system knowledge
• Familiarity with safe handling and storage of cryogenic liquid and high-pressure gases
• Familiarity withindustry best practices and AHJrequirements
• Experience with HCI and FDA requirements
• Technical communication capabilities
• Solution oriented individual
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong track record of safety
• Technically savvy, preferred
• Mechanically inclined, preferred
• Flexibility is a must
• Ability to trouble shoot system or equipment issues
• Strive to be a team player, but excels working independently
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Desire to learn and grow (Cryogenic Service Technician (Level II and III)
• Frequent lifting of 10-20lbs is required, may at times lift up to 75lbs
• Reoccurring pushing/pulling 150lbs
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for a long period of time
