Drain & Sewer Rod Techs Wanted!

Advantage Plumbing & Sewer Co., Elgin IL, a division of Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electric, is currently looking to add experience drain cleaning and sewer rod technicians to our consistently growing plumbing division. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience. Good driving record needed.

We are looking for responsible, motivated, hard working individuals with a positive attitude. Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills are necessary.

Earning Potential 65K-110K

Duties Include (but not limited to):

• Implementation of safe work practices, trouble-shooting and maintaining plumbing systems
• Maintain plumbing systems and make recommendations for improvement where needed
• Maintain supplies and equipment
• Locate position of pipe, pipe connections and passage holes
• Repair and maintain plumbing systems by replacing washers, mending burst pipes, opening clogged drains
• Complies with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes by enforcing adherence to requirements, including ADA requirements
• Keeps plumbing equipment and tools operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures
• Conserves plumbing resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Provides plumbing information by answering questions and requests
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Documents plumbing actions by completing production and quality logs
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
