Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Future Hardware Technology is an electronic contract manufacturer of Cable harnesses and test boxes.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. This is a position that requires a well-organized personality. You must pay close attention to details while managing the logistics of a mid-volume quantity of items entering and leaving the facility.

Primary Responsibilities

As part of our team, you oversee and document:

· The receiving of packages, parcels, and supplies

· Inspection of goods received for damage

· Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated area.

· Processing returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.

· Prepare product for shipment

· Packing and weighing of items to be ship

· Printing shipping labels and postage

· Track packaging inventory and report any shortages to sales team

· Contact carrier and schedule shipping for each package

· Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed

Skills / Requirements,

· Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with other employees.

· Self-starter who pays attention to detail.

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

· Prior warehouse experience (preferred)

· Excellent communication skills
