Duties and Responsibilities: Must know and observe all safety, quality and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) Wash and stack pallets and combos Keep MDM room clean and free of debris Break down and stack cardboard Separate plastic, cardboard and pallets Keep MDM room floors and walls clean Assist the MDM Tech during periods of down time and major sanitation. Be familiar with all functions of the MDM process to ensure that all safety regulations and devices are adhered to and used properly. Maintain good communications and working relationship with team members Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Be at least 18 years of age Have a verifiable high school diploma or GED Pass drug testing, physical and background check Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing environment, food safety experience preferred Stable job history including acceptable attendance Must be able to learn a good working knowledge of FITCO processes. Must be willing to receive training in Quality, Safety, HACCP, BRC and GMP’s. Must be willing and able to be forklift certified. Past experience preferred. Must be willing and able to work weekends and overtime. Able to constantly stand or walk. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Able to constantly work in cold and wet environment.
