FedPro is seeking an experienced Warehouse / Production Associate to join the team! This position is responsible for maintaining manufacturing operations, following work instructions, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Pay Rate: $15.00/Hour

Work Hours: 1st shift, 7 am-3:30 pm, Monday- Friday

Location: 4520 Richmond Rd., Warrensville Hts., OH

Transportation Assistance: Available to candidates based on company discretion.

Team Dynamics: Works closely with production shipping and receiving teams.

• Effectively runs production machinery during assigned shifts.
• Monitors the production process.
• Inspects products at the machine for quality discrepancies.
• Follows written work instructions.
• Ensures that the workstation and equipment is clean and free of hazards.

• Creates accurate record keeping on a daily basis.

• Must be detail oriented and pick and pack operations must be efficient.

• Ensure that end products meet quality and quantity standards of the company.
• Creates accurate record keeping on a daily basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tow Motor Experience or Certification

Required Qualifications for both roles:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in warehouse or production setting working.
• Dependable, attention to detail, and has a positive attitude
