EnerStar Rentals & Services is currently recruiting for several result driven and customer service oriented CDL Driver with Belly Dump experience for a project (a full-time position) in Fairview, MT. This position would be localized deliveries. Starting and finishing time each day out of EnerStar’s yard in Fairview, MT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate with Branch Manager or Supervisor on a consistent basis.
• Communicate in a professional manner with EnerStar clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote quality assurance to EnerStar clients.
• Adhere to safe driving practices.
• Maintain an accurate and legal DOT logbook, including but not limited to: electronic log, paper log, proper record keeping, proper notations, etc.
• Verify all tickets and manifests are signed on location prior to leaving.
• Daily completion of DOT Pre Trip/ Post Trip.
• All other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Class A CDL with Belly Dump experience spreading and stock piling gravel on locations or roadways as required.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background test.
• Must be proficient in the reading, writing and speaking of the English language.
• 2 years’ verifiable experience required, 5 years’ experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to properly utilize all Personal Protective Equipment as required.
• Must be an active listener, respond in professional manner.
• Able to run electronic software, including but not limited to Smart phones, computers, metering devices, etc.
• Basic vehicle maintenance skills required.
• Able to take direction from Supervisors and Managers.
• Able to remain seated for long periods of time.
• Able to bend and stoop frequently.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Self-Motivator, ability to motivate others.
• Strong commitment to safety.

Schedule:

• Set schedule: 4 days per week; 14 hours per day. 
• Home every night.
• Overtime after 40 hours worked per week.

$29/ hr at regular time (1st 40 hours worked) $1,160.00

$43.50/ hr (overtime rate; 40 ¼ hours ; 16 hours) $ 696.00

$1,856.00 / week

$3,712.00 / pay period
