Position opening for Operator/Reception Support at the Central office. Approx 30 hrs per week. Primary duties include:

• answering high volume of phone calls and dispatching to appropriate person
• scanning documents into patient charts
• handling all postage needs – incoming and outgoing
• customer service helping patients locate the lab
• receptionist responsibilities as needed

Strong customer service and computer skills required. Pleasant and exceptional phone skills. Rotating Saturday morning included.
