We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peoplesoft Change Management with a background in governmental settings. As a key member of our team, the candidate will play a crucial role in managing PeopleSoft modules related to Change Management and Training. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the integration of these modules with other PeopleSoft components, ensuring seamless and effective implementation within a government environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Change Management Leader: To lead and oversee Change Management initiatives within the PeopleSoft environment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Training Coordination: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for end-users to optimize their utilization of PeopleSoft modules, focusing on Change Management functionalities.
  • Integration Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of how PeopleSoft Change Management modules integrate with other PeopleSoft modules and external systems, ensuring data consistency and system efficiency.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Finance, to understand integration points and dependencies for seamless execution of Change Management processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the PeopleSoft Change Management framework and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication and Documentation: Effectively communicate changes, updates, and training materials to end-users, and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of all Change Management processes.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with government regulations and security standards in all Change Management processes and transactions within PeopleSoft.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any issues related to PeopleSoft Change Management modules, working closely with technical teams for timely solutions.
  • User Support: Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing queries, concerns, and providing additional training as needed to enhance user proficiency.
  • Stay Informed: Stay abreast of industry best practices, updates, and advancements in PeopleSoft technologies to continuously improve Change Management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in Change Management within PeopleSoft modules, preferably in a governmental setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft integration points and their impact on Change Management.
  • Strong training and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • Familiarity with government regulations and security standards.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
