Job Description Job Description Job Title: Quality Assurance SpecialistDepartment: Retail BankingReports To: VP, Branch ManagerFLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)Summary: This position is primarily responsible for verification of the accuracy and integrity of customer account documentation. Additional tasks involve collecting records for audit requests and creating/maintaining procedures for internal reference.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Verify the accuracy and integrity of customer account records and documentation.Work closely with Retail Banking and Compliance.Maintain accurate and complete records and prepare reports of completed file review and exception items if applicable.Ensure compliance to Bank procedures and regulatory standards by reviewing all included documentation and Jack Henry account records for accuracy.Ability to identify issues and communicate effectively with the bankers to resolve exceptions.Assist Compliance department by preparing documentation for audit samples.Maintain Bank internal control standards, including timely review of new customer accounts/files.Ensure operational integrity through compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
