Maintenance Field Supervisor will:

• Plan and execute maintenance of grounds at commercial and residential contracted properties.
• Supervise and participate with crew leaders and members in mowing, edging, weedeating, and all other contracted services, using manual and power-operated equipment, to include emphasis on crew safety and proper use of equipment.
• Conduct regular training for new and current employees.
• Ensure crew maintains customer properties in the very best condition possible within contract scope.
• Supervise, help hire, review, and discipline 3-5 crews.
• Properly use and care for hand tools and mechanical equipment issued to maintenance crew members.
• Ensure subordinates display professional appearance and manner.
• Ensure the company facilities and grounds are maintained.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have no disability to prohibit working outdoors, including serious allergies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Commercial Landscape/Lawn Care Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
