We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative with the drive and determination to help meet the company’s strategic objectives. The customer Support Representative will be a key point of contact for our customers, answering questions & addressing concerns. Our success depends on delighting our customers; each day our team lives up to that responsibility. Customer service is a deeply held value of our company. We are looking for ambitious, hardworking, eager to learn, flexible, self-starting individual, excited to join a fast, growing, and energetic team. This position will require great phone skills, attention to details, multi-tasking, teamwork, and a willingness to have fun.
Experience Summary: Good written and verbal communication skills with strong work ethic and ability to work against deadlines. Must be organized. Computer experience required in MS Office. Our customer service efforts are expanding and we are seeking an energetic individual with a passion for customer support.
Major Responsibilities:
Initiate new accounts.
Participate in promotional strategy & product development designs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
