Quality Inspectors at Donson are made up of people with varying degrees of experience, but the same self-pride that comes from knowing you've helped ensure each and every part that leaves our doors is up to customer standards. Prior to production runs, a quality inspector will check a "first piece," verifying all dimensions and specifications have been addressed in that machining, assembling, subcontracting, or packaging sequence. We are looking for men and women that have strong skills with inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, vision systems, etc.), a strong foundation in blueprint reading, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), and some experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).
