Summary:

Performs duties assigned by Service Manager and Assists Service Advisors

Essential Duties:

• Welcome customers in the service area or drive.
• Collect customer and vehicle information.
• Shuttle customers and vehicles.
• Assists with disposition of paperwork and repair orders between Technicians, Service Advisors and Parts Advisors.
• Ensures customer vehicles are clean prior to pick up. (oil smudges, hand prints, etc.…)
• Ensures customer vehicle service warning lights are not on prior to pick up.
• Ensures maintenance minders are set.
• Check on customers in waiting area, offer snacks, water, use of technology, etc
• Moves vehicles from service drive to appropriate location.
• Assist Service Advisors as needed.

• Marginal Duties:
• Maintains customer lounge appearance and stocks items as needed. (Needed items may vary and will be determined by the Service Manager).
• Maintain Service Advisor supplies. (Paper for printers, hang tags, key rings, etc.…

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Valid Driver's License
