Job Summary: An Operations Team Member is responsible for assisting in the compliant tracking and processing of raw marijuana biomass and marijuana concentrates.

Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assists in maintaining quality control over all products, and processes.
• Ordering supplies
• Plant work
• Cleaning,organizing
• Use of software programs to accurately track all concentrates and necessary reporting of such.
• Maintains client and vendor relationships to acquire material and distribution of finished product.
• Responsible for upholding all Company Standard Operating Procedures and Companies methods.
• Use of systematic procedures within the process and is open to experimenting with new and alternative practices.
• Assists in coordinating the necessary equipment as well as maintenance of the equipment to properly perform all job duties.
• Assists in maintaining a safe, clean work environment that meets Company, State and Local requirements.
• Assists in maintaining inventory of all equipment and supplies, and orders additional materials as needed.
• Schedule is based off the needs of the business and will include nights and weekends. Scheduling will be designed around events, production needs, staffing and facility needs for a typical 40-hour work week.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Thorough understanding of the policies and practices used in the manufacturing division.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any state required certifications.
• Experience or ability to learn METRC system
