Summary:
We are currently searching for a dedicated and experienced CMM Programmer and Inspector to join the Drake
Plastics family. We are proud of the quality of our products and expect the same from our team members.
Our expectations for this position are to be a highly knowledgeable person in GD&T applications and a CMM
programmer who can create programs manually and from CAD in a Zeiss Calypso CMM. In addition, the inspector
should be able to inspect parts of complex GD&T callouts using hand tools.
Physical Demands: (as applicable)
Working with various sizes and shapes of products daily, the majority being under 5 pounds. Will require regularly
standing at long intervals and lifting/moving product throughout the day. Daily report writing at a computer
terminal is also needed.
Work Environment / Schedule: (as applicable)
Primary shop or lab-type environment working with product, hand tools, shop equipment, and report writing daily.
The base schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 5:30. The Inspector reports to the Quality Inspector Lead.
