We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Portfolio Director to join our team. As the Assistant Portfolio Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple properties located in Texas. Collaborating closely with our Portfolio Director, you will develop and execute strategies aligned with their objectives. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in property management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop tailored strategies based on the specific needs of each property within the portfolio.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the portfolio, implementing necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
• Provide regular and comprehensive updates on portfolio performance to the Portfolio Director.
• Promote collaboration with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in portfolio management or a comparable role within the property management sector.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex spreadsheets and extracting meaningful insights.
• Exceptional communication skills, coupled with skilled management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives.
