DESNA Inc. is looking for Machine Operators in the Plymouth/Canton Area!!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for building and maintaining healthy relationships with customer representatives.
• Take instructions from supervisors.
• Examples of daily responsibilities may include: sorting items during the production process in factories, helping to transport parts by carts and dollies with items on them, unloading trucks and boxes, and loading pieces onto conveyor belts.
• Operate and maintain machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Set up machines based on specifications used.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality control.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have strong written and verbal skills, be a team player and be able to work well both independently and in a group setting.
• A basic understanding of the automotive industry’s operations and needs
• Attention to ‘detail’ and good ‘hand-eye’ coordination.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow work instructions carefully
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours/day

CURRENT SHIFT OPENINGS: FULL TIME (40 hours)

• 7am - 3pm
• 3pm -11pm
• 11pm-7am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
