Basic Maintenance needs of a large apartment complex in Madisonville, KY. Plumbing, basic electrical skills, landscaping and grounds maintenance, painting, dry wall repair, vct and vinyl floor install, and more. Pay based on experience and certifications. Maintenance schedule is Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm. Must be willing to be available for after hours and/or weekend emergency calls.
